Meet Our Dedicated Team
Dr. Yogi Patel, an attending physician and Medical Director, holds a medical degree with a residency in Family Medicine, specializing in hospital medicine and skilled nursing facility practice. Inspired by his lifelong dream of becoming the first physician in his family, Dr. Patel excels in geriatric care and hospital medicine. Motivated by the need for high-quality medical care in the community, he is a dedicated advocate for his patients and their families. His professional principles emphasize doing his job to the highest standard and ensuring the best outcomes for every patient. Dr. Patel was honored with the 2020 North Florida Hospital MD Emmy Award for Biggest Nurse Advocate.

Barry Audain is an experienced multi-state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Georgia and Florida with over 8 years of Long-Term Care experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology (Health and Exercise Science) and a Master of Science Degree in Health Care Administration. Inspired by his experiences in the Health Occupations Students of America program during high school, where he became a Certified Nursing Assistant and gained hands-on experience at a skilled nursing facility, Barry developed a deep connection with the elderly. His expertise includes financial administration, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in healthcare organizations.

With previous roles including Case Manager at a homeless shelter and Facility Manager at a transitional house for women and children, Theresa is deeply committed to understanding the holistic needs of residents. She is particularly knowledgeable in Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, aiming to enhance the lives of individuals through compassionate care and personalized support. Theresa is motivated by the opportunity to positively impact residents' lives and guided by principles of Resident Rights and "The Greater Good".
